Preheat the oven to 162°C. Butter and flour a 10-inch cake pan. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Whip eggs until frothy, about 3-4 min, then add oil and orange juice and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and beat with whip at low speed until combined. Fold in apples and pecans. Pour mixture into prepared cake pan. Bake at 162°C for 1 hour. Cool in pan on rack 5 minutes, then invert cake onto rack and cool completely. Serve with crème fraîche mixed with approximately 4 drops of SweetLeaf Stevia Liquid - English Toffee Sweet Drops.
