Ingredients
\n1 cup vegetable oil\n3 eggs
\n2 cups Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n½ teaspoon vanilla powder
\n3 cups diced apples; used Granny Smith and Royal Gala
\n3 cups self-raising flours, sifted (see Notes)
\n1 teaspoon allspice
\n1 teaspoon baking soda
\n1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt, finely ground
\n½ cup walnuts, finely ground
\noil spray
\nextra Naturally Sweet Xylitol for sprinkling (optional but recommended)\n\n
Methods:
\nIn a mini chopper, add nuts of choice, finely grind; set aside.\nPre heat over to 140C.
\nIn a large bowl, combine flour, allspice, and salt.
\nAdd dry ingredients to oil mixture gradually.
\nAdd in apples and nuts; combine well.
\nNOTE: Makes 2 loaves
\nOil spray baking tins; place half the mixture in each.
\nBake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. (see Notes)
\nRemove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.
\nRemove from pans and place on wire rack; sprinkle with Naturally Sweet Xylitol.\n\nNotes
