Gluten Free Sweet Nothings Recipe

This recipe is gluten and casein free.\n\n

Ingredients :

\nRice flour - 130gmsSweet Nothings
\nTapioca flour- 100 gms
\nButter - 100 gms
\nNaturally Sweet Stevia - 240 gms
\nVanilla - 1 teaspoon
\nBaking soda - 1 teaspoon
\nWater\n\n

Method :

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • \n
  • Cut in the butter cake and add vanilla extract.
  • \n
  • Mix lightly with fingers to form dough. If it is crumbly add water one teaspoon at a time.
  • \n
  • Roll the dough ¼ inch thick on a board and cut it into squares of 2 by 2 inches.
  • \n
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 C.
  • \n
  • Serve it after cooling.
  • \n

Serving Suggestion :

\nFor cinnamon flavor sprinkle cinnamon powder on the squares immediately.
\nwhen you take them out of oven.
\nServe with strawberry crush or any fruit compote.\n\n
