Ingredients:
1 junket tablet (I buy them at the supermarket, the flavoured ones)250 ml cold milk
1 teaspoon Naturally Sweet Xylitol
Method:
Mix a splash of the 250 ml of cold milk with the xylitol and the junket tablet. You might have to crush the tablet to get it to dissolve nicely.Warm up the remainder of the milk, to blood temperature.
Add the warm milk to the xylitol/junket tablet/milk mixture, stir it to mix and let it rest outside of the fridge.
Once the junket has set you can put it in the fridge.
