Ingredients:
\n1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
\n1/2 cup butter
\n3 eggs
\n1/2 cup oil
\n4 Tbsp. sour cream
\n2 tsp. vanilla
\n1/2 tsp. almond extract
\n1 cup flour
\n1 tsp. (3 pkt.)
SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener
\n1 tsp. baking soda
\n1 cup chopped walnuts\n\n
Method:
\nPreheat oven to 325F and grease an 8"x8" baking dish. Melt chocolate and butter together, let cool slightly. Whisk in eggs, oil, and sour cream. Mix in vanilla and almond extracts last. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, stevia, baking soda, and walnuts). Add all dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Pour into the greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until center of cake is stiff to touch. Makes 1 sheet pan (18 pieces).\n\n
