German Apple Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

\n1 medium sized egg
\n6 teaspoons of skim milk
\n3 teaspoons Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
\n1 slice of white bread, made into breadcrumbs
\n1 small apple, peeled and grated\n\n

Method:

\nCombine egg, milk, xylitol and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
\nAdd breadcrumbs and beat with a whisk or fork for 1 minute.
\nPour into a heated, non-stick pie dish.
\nArrange apple on top.
\nBake in a hot oven (220C) for 3-4 mins until set.
\nRemove from oven, fold in half and serve\n\nMakes 1 serving\n\n
