Greek Yoghurt Cake Recipe

Another great Xylitol cake recipe from Joanne Ferguson\n\n

Ingredients:

\n1 cup yogurt (homemade! :) )
\n1 cup macadamia oil (can substitute vegetable oil; like using what I have on hand)
\n3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
\n3 eggs
\n2 cups Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\nNaturally Sweet Xylitol Icing Sugar (optional, but recommended too); can substitute icing sugar
\nzest for 1 orange
\noil spray\n\n

Method:

\nPre heat oven to 160C. (320F)
\nCombine all ingredients above in a large bowl.
\nOil spray a springform pan.
\nPour batter in pan.
\nBake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake is done and toothpick comes out clean.
