Wait until you try these delicious Keto Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls. Not only are they made from really simple ingredients but they are really simple to make as well. Have these on hand in the fridge and you'll never be tempted to reach for ‘fast' sugar laden junk food. Not only are these a healthier choice but they are also a lot cheaper than buying similar food from the store.

My favourite way to enjoy these is with a cup of coffee, or as a treat after dinner.

Ingredients

Made simply from almond flour/almond meal, sugar free desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, butter, coconut oil and your favorite sweetener. Feel free to switch the butter for additional coconut oil to create a vegan/paleo version. Coconut sugar can also be used if desired.

If you use a granulated sweetener it may be a little gritty in these Keto Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls, but I enjoy the texture that it adds. If you want to create a smoother texture, use a powdered sweetener or blitz your granulated sweetener until smooth.
