Follow our fantastic recipes @alowcarblowsugarlifestyle #ketohh\nThis is a fabulous recipe that is very similar to Thousand Island Dressing but it has a little kick to it thanks to a dash of chilli sauce and some horseradish. This is the dressing that features on the famous Reuben Sandwich but is also delicious used as a dressing on salads.
\nTo make a Reuben sandwich all you need is rye bread(or your favourite bread/alternative), sliced corned beef- (see the corned beef recipe from last week), sauerkraut, which can be sourced in jars from the supermarket, Swiss cheese and lashings of this fabulous dressing.
\nIf you are after a low carb alternative for rye bread you may want to check out this Keto Rye Bread Chaffle (that can be made in just minutes in a chaffle iron, waffle iron or on the stovetop).
\nA Reuben sandwich is the ultimate - hubby declared today after enjoying his Reuben on sourdough for lunch, “you could sell these”.\n
