Sugar Free Semi-Homemade Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients:

\n6 slices bacon, chopped\n1 green pepper, finely chopped\n1 small onion, finely chopped\n3 16 oz. cans baked beans\n1/8 cup SugarLeaf\n1/4 cup ketchup\n1 Tbsp. mustard\n

Methods:

\nPreheat oven to 162°C. Lay the bacon out on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Remove the bacon, dry on a paper towel and cut 6 slices into bite-sized pieces.\n\nReserve 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings and heat in a small skillet on the stove on medium heat. Add green pepper and onion, sautéing until golden, about 5 to 8 minutes.\n\nIn a baking dish, stir together beans, bacon pieces, sautéed green peppers and onions, SugarLeaf, ketchup and mustard.\n\nBake uncovered 1 hour or until bubbly.\n
