Whipped Topping Recipe

Ingredients:

\n1 1/2 teaspoons gelatine
\n75 ml water
\n8 teaspoons of Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n1/4 teaspoons of vanilla
\n1/4 cups chilled evaporated skim milk\n\n

Method:

\nSprinkle gelatine in a small pan over water and heat slowly, stirring until the gelatine dissolves.
\nPour into a small mixing bowl, add xylitol and vanilla essence.
\nAllow mixture to cool.
\nAdd chilled milk and beat at high speed until very thick.
\nCover & refrigerate.\n\n
