Ingredients:
\n2 cups cooked and mashed beetroot\n2 ½ cups plain gluten free flour
\n1 cup cocoa powder
\n1 cup Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n2 teas bicarbonate soda
\n1½ cups rice bran oil
\n2 teas vanilla
\n4 large eggs beaten\n\n
Method:
\nPreheat oven to 180 deg. Grease a 20 cm square cake tin.\nIn a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients.
\nIn separate bowl combine eggs, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients mix thoroughly.
\nPlace into the greased cake tin and bake till cooked - about 45-50 minutes.\n\n
