Cherry Ice Cream Xylitol Recipe

Ingredients:

\n250 grams cherries, pitted
\n100 grams Naturally Sweet Xylitol (see Notes)
\n100 grams cooking cream or thickened cream
\n1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
\nroasted nuts, ground for topping (optional but recommended)
\nmint leaves (optional for garnish)\n\n

Methods:

\nIn a stand up mini chopper, grind cherries until smooth; set aside.
\nCombine cherries, Naturally Sweet Products Xylitol (or sugar), cream and lemon juice.
\nPour into Ice Cream Machine through shoot with blades on.
\nRun for approximately 30 minutes.
\nRemove freezer bowl; cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer overnight.
\nRemove, scoop, cover with nuts and enjoy! (see Notes)\n\nNotes
\nFeel Free to substitute equal amount of sugar
