Christmas Chocolate Snowflake Recipe

I know at Christmas everyone wants to indulge a little which is why this recipe is perfect for the holiday season. Add more Sweetleaf Stevia to make them sweeter. They are perfect for when you are craving chocolate and as they have no sugar, you avoid the dreaded sugar highs and lows! Whether you are living sugar free or just want to limit the family sugar intake over the holiday's, this is a great idea.

Ingredients:

250 grams of walnuts 2 handfuls shreaded coconut Half a jar of peanut butter or any other nut butter (make sure it is organic and only has 100% crushed peanuts – no preservatives or milk). Half a cup of raw cocao powder (add more if you want it to taste more chocolatey) 100 grams of coconut oil 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Sweetleaf Stevia (powder form) to taste

Method:

1) Mix all dry and then wet ingredients in a bowl 2 ) Place non-stick baking paper over a tray or plate and dollop the mixture in small circles. 3) Sprinkle Sweetleaf Stevia on top – this makes them extra sweet! 4) Leave to set in fridge for 1 hour
