Ingredients:
\n• 1 ½ cup Gluten free Self Raising flour\n• 170 gr Nutlex (which I used - Note butter does give a better result)
\n• ½ cup rolled Oats
\n• 1 cup coconut
\n• ¾ cup Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n• ¾ cup sugar free jam (I used Black cherry)\n\n
Method:
\nLine a 22 cm square baking tin with baking paper\nPreheat oven to 180 C fan forced
\nRub together butter flour, oats and coconut divide into two
\nPress half of mixture into tin
\nWarm jam in microwave and spread over mixture in tin.
\nSprinkle remainder over the mixture to cover Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven cool slightly cut into squares while still warm
\nRemove from pan when cold.\n\n
