Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

This recipe is gluten and casein free.Chocolate Cake\n\n

Ingredients :

\nRice flour - 145 gms
\nFinger millet flour – 145 gms
\nBanana – 1 medium (approx 120 gms)
\nCoco powder – 50 gms
\nBaking Soda – 1 ½ teaspoon
\nNaturally Sweet Stevia Blend - 170 gms
\nEggs - 5
\nVegetable oil – 275 m\n\n

Method :

\nCombine all dry ingredients together.
\nCombine the wet ingredients and beat well.
\nMix the dry & wet ingredients together and fold them together.
\nTransfer the batter in a 8” baking pan.
\nBake for 40 to 50 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180*C.\n\n

Serves :

\nMakes about 1 kg cake.
\nYou get around 20 slices.\n\n
