Ingredients:
I cup of natural (unprocessed) branI cup of diced dried fruit (apricots, sultanas & apples)
1/2 cup of Naturally Sweet Xylitol
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of wholemeal self-raising flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180Soak bran, Xylitol and fruit in the milk for around an hour.
Add the flour and stir thoroughly
Spoon the mixture into a greased cake tin
Bake for approximately 1 hour (cooking time will vary depending on the oven)
Allow to cool and serve.
