Minty Green Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

\n1/2 avocado
\n1 cup fresh spinach
\n1 scoop whey protein powder
\n1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
\n10-12 drops of Peppermint Sweet Drops™
\n1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
\n1 cup ice
\nOptional: cacao nibs\n\n

Methods:

\n1. Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.\n\n2. Add the Peppermint Sweet Drops™, extract and ice and blend until thick. Taste and adjust Peppermint Sweet Drops™ as needed. Serves 1.\n\n
