Ingredients:
\n4 egg whites\n½ cup Rice Syrup
\n¼ teaspoon
\n½ teaspoon vanilla\n\n
Method:
\nPreheat fan forced oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.\nPlace egg whites in mixing bowl with seed set at maximum beat egg whites till stiff.
\nContinue on maximum speed. Slowly add rice syrup.
\nAdd stevia and vanilla and continue beating till mixture is thick.
\nPlace on baking tray and spread to a 23-25 cm round approx. The pavlova will be quite high if one wants a thinner pavlova allow less cooking time, place in oven turn oven down to 100 C and bake for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave pavlova in oven till cool.\n\nServing suggestion spread some passionfruit butter on pavlova, top with whipped cream and decorate with sliced banana, strawberry,blueberries or mango.\n\n
