1/2 cup SugarLeaf™ 2 cups plain rice wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Methods:
In a large mixing bowl, combine SugarLeaf™, vinegar and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add cucumber, onions and dill. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for 12 to 24 hours. Serve cold.
