Ingredients:

SugarLeaf™\n2 cups plain rice wine vinegar\n1/2 tsp. salt\n3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced\n1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced\n1/4 cup chopped fresh dill\n
Methods:
\nIn a large mixing bowl, combine
SugarLeaf™, vinegar and salt. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add cucumber, onions and dill. Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for 12 to 24 hours. Serve cold.\n
