Ingredients:
1 lb. mascarpone
5 pkts SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. ground instant coffee
Prepared Angel Food Cake
1 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate bar, for grating
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Meanwhile cut the angel food cake into bite size squares. In a shot glass, layer the angel food cake bites with a dollop of tiramisu, a pinch of instant, ground coffee, and chocolate bar gratings.
