- 80 grams almond butter \n \t
- 3 tbsp coconut oil \n \t
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut \n \t
- 3 tbsp coconut flour \n \t
- 3 tbsp collagen (optional) \n \t
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar \n \t
- 1/8 tsp salt \n

\nChocolate Coating

- 40 grams dark chocolate \n \t
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil \n

INSTRUCTIONS

- \nCombine almond butter and coconut oil in a mixing bowl.\n \t
- \nAdd toasted coconut, coconut flour, collagen, coconut sugar and salt. Mix everything together really well.\n \t
- \nUse a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop out 8 or 9 even sized portions onto baking paper and place in the freezer to set for 20 minutes\n \t
- \nMelt chocolate with 1/2 tsp coconut oil. Dip each bite/ball into the coconut mixture and return to the paper to set.\n \t
- \nUse any leftover chocolate to drizzle over the top for decoration.\n
