White Christmas Recipe

Ingredients:

\n3 cups rice bubbles
\n1 cup desiccated coconut
\n2/3 cup Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n
1 cup powdered milk
\n1 ¼ cups mixed fruit
\n250 gr copha melted and slightly cooled\n\n

Method:

\nGrease a 30cmx20cm lamington tin.
\nCombine all dried ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add copha and mix well.
\nPlace and press mixture into prepared tin Place in fridge and leave overnight or till set.
\nCut into squares to serve\n\n
