1 teaspoon Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters (non alcoholic) 1/4 teaspoon SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener 6 oz. sparkling mineral water or seltzer
Method:
Place SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener in the bottom of a champagne flute. Add bitters. Add sparkling mineral water or seltzer and mix well. Add ice and serve.
