Dairy Free Apple and Pear Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

\n1 apple and 1 pear skinned with stem and pips removed
\n1/2 cup soya milk
\n1 teaspoon Naturally Sweet Xylitol
\n1 scoop soy yoghurt
\n1 tablespoon gelatine
\n425 ml coconut milk\n\n

Method:

\nMix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender, until smooth.
\nPour into a container and freeze.\n\nLovely served with stewed or canned fruit. Serves 4.\n\n
