Pate a Choux Recipe

\n1 cup milk
\n8 Tbsp. butter
\n1/2 Tsp. salt
\n15 pkt. SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener
\n1 cup All-purpose flour
\n4 large eggs\n\n

Method:

\nCombine the milk, butter and salt in a large sauce pan, add stevia and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the flour all at once. Using a wooden spatula, transfer the mixture to an electric mixer fitted with a paddle. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.\n\n \n\n
