Vegan Caramel Protein Balls

Alicia's latest simple vegan caramel protein ball recipe is inspired by Lotus Biscoff cookies and spread! Delish!

INGREDIENTS:
40g almond butter or Biscoff
2 tbsp vegan caramel biscuit protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp Naturally Sweet Stevia
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Sweetleaf Stevia Maple Flavoured Syrup
1/2 tbsp almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a thick dough.
Roll into a log, slice into four pieces and roll into balls.
Optional: coat the balls in a mix of coconut, cinnamon and stevia.
Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
